Function

1.

BCM (Body Control Module)

BCM transmit stop lamp switch signal to ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit).

2.

ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) actuator and electric unit (control unit)

Refer to ABS Actuator and Electric Unit (Control Unit) .

3.

Brake fluid level switch

Refer to Brake Fluid Level Switch .

4.

Vacuum sensor

Refer to Vacuum Sensor .

5.

Front wheel sensor LH (RH similar)

Refer to Wheel Sensor and Sensor Rotor .

6.

Stop lamp switch

Refer to Stop Lamp Switch .

7.

Brake pedal position switch

Refer to Brake Pedal Position Switch for detailed component location.

8.

Combination meter

VDC (Vehicle Dynamic Control) OFF switch (if equipped)

Chassis control module (with built-in steering angle sensor) (with Intelligent around view monitor system)

Mainly transmits the following signals to ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit) via CAN communication:

  • Intelligent Trace Control signal

Steering angle sensor (without Intelligent around view monitor system)
