Removal and Installation: Removal

  1. Remove the fuel level sensor unit, fuel filter and fuel pump assembly. Refer to Removal and Installation - VQ40DE  or Removal and Installation - VK56VD .
  2. Disconnect the harness connector from fuel temperature sensor and fuel level sensor unit assembly.
  3. Release the two clips and remove the fuel temperature sensor from the pump assembly.

  4. Release the tab and slide the fuel level sensor unit to remove.
