Rear Window Defogger Signal Check

Unified meter and A/C amp. self-diagnosis is executed. Refer to AV SWITCH SELF-DIAGNOSIS FUNCTION

Does rear window defogger switch light? 

OK or NG

• OK: GO TO  2.
• NG: Replace unified meter and A/C amp. Refer to UNIFIED METER AND A/C AMP.

Check AV communication line. Refer to AV COMMUNICATION LINE CHECK

Is rear window defogger displayed on the display? 

OK or NG

• OK: GO TO  3.
• NG: Replace display control unit. Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF DISPLAY UNIT .

CAN communication line check is executed. Refer to CAN COMMUNICATION LINE CHECK

OK or NG

• OK: Check the condition of the harness and the connector.
• NG: In addition, it is necessary to check CAN communication line. Refer to CAN COMMUNICATION LINE CHECK
