Front Bumper: Installation

HINT:

A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart (see SPECIFIED TORQUE FOR STANDARD BOLTS ).

INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH
1. Attach the 2 clips to install the side support.
2. Install the screw and bolt.
  Torque: 6.0 N.m (61 kgf.cm, 53 in.lbf) for screw
  
  12 N.m (122 kgf.cm, 9 ft.lbf) for bolt
INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH
1. Attach the 2 clips to install the side support.
2. Install the screw and bolt.
  Torque: 6.0 N.m (61 kgf.cm, 53 in.lbf) for screw
  
  12 N.m (122 kgf.cm, 9 ft.lbf) for bolt
INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT
1. Install the reinforcement with the 6 nuts.

INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER
INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER
1. Put protective tape under the front fender.
2. Attach the 6 claws labeled A and 2 claws to install the bumper cover.

3. Install the 3 screws, 2 bolts, clip labeled A, 2 clips labeled B and 2 radiator protectors.
  Torque: 6.0 N.m (61 kgf.cm, 53 in.lbf) for screw
  
  12 N.m (122 kgf.cm, 9 ft.lbf) for bolt
INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER LH
1. Install the fender liner with the 3 screws.
  Torque: 6.0 N.m (61 kgf.cm, 53 in.lbf)
INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RH
1. Install the fender liner with the 3 screws.
  Torque: 6.0 N.m (61 kgf.cm, 53 in.lbf)
