Work Flow

  1. Confirm the symptom or customer complaint.
  2. Understand system description. Refer to "SYSTEM DESCRIPTION ".
  3. Perform the preliminary check. Refer to "PRELIMINARY CHECK ".
  4. Find the cause of malfunction following the symptom chart and repair or replace as necessary. Refer to "SYMPTOM CHART 1 " (for headlamp system) or "SYMPTOM CHART 2 " (for auto light system).
  5. Does the headlamp system or the auto light system operate normally? When YES, go to step 6. When NO, go to step 4.
  6. Inspection end.
