Shift Cable

NOTE: Move gearshift lever through all gear positions. If each detent cannot be felt and gearshift lever pointer does not align with each position indicator, adjust shift cable.
  1. Place gearshift lever and PNP switch in "P" position.
  2. Loosen nut on manual lever. See Fig 1 .

  3. While pressing manual lever toward front of vehicle (in "P" position direction), tighten nut to specified torque. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
