Removal And Installation: Installation

Installation is in the reverse order of removal, noting the following:
1. Apply sealant to mating surface to transmission. (M/T model only)
  - Use Genuine Anaerobic Liquid Gasket or equivalent. Refer to RECOMMENDED CHEMICAL PRODUCTS AND SEALANTS .

2. Tighten bolts securing transfer.

3. Adjust the torsion bars for the correct vehicle height. Refer to INSTALLATION .
4. When installing transfer control lever, refer to TRANSFER GEAR CONTROL .
