Ignition Key Warning Chime

With the key switch in the INSERTED (key is in the ignition key cylinder) position, the ignition switch in the OFF or ACC position and the front door LH open, the warning chime will sound. A battery positive voltage is supplied

• From key switch terminal 2
• To warning chime unit terminal 5.

Ground is supplied

• To warning chime unit terminal 7
• Through front door switch LH terminal 2.

Front door switch LH terminal 3 is grounded through body grounds M14 and M68.

• To smart entrance control unit terminal 25.

Ground is supplied

• To smart entrance control unit terminal 1
• Through front door switch LH terminal 2.

Front door switch LH terminal 3 is grounded through body grounds M14 and M68.
