Without Consult Tester

After system is repaired, connect negative battery cable. Turn ignition switch to OFF position for at least one second. Turn ignition switch on. After AIR BAG warning light has been on for 7 seconds, turn ignition switch off within one second of AIR BAG warning light going off. Repeat procedure 2 more times. System will return to USER mode. Verify AIR BAG warning light is functioning properly. See AIR BAG WARNING LIGHT  under SYSTEM OPERATION CHECK.
