"Cancel" Operation

When any of the listed conditions exist, cruise operation will be canceled:
- "CANCEL" switch is depressed.
- Brake pedal is depressed.
- Clutch pedal is depressed (M/T models).
If main switch is turned to "OFF" while ASCD is active, all of ASCD operations will be canceled and vehicle speed memory will be erased.
