Removal & Installation Of Compressor: Installation

Installation is basically the reverse order of removal.
CAUTION:
- Replace the O-ring of the low-pressure flexible hose, high-pressure pipe and high-pressure flexible hose with a new one, then apply compressor oil to it when installing it.
- When recharging refrigerant, check for leaks.
Bolts mounting the compressor (Front side)
Tightening torque: 28.4 - 33.3 N.m (2.9 - 3.3 kg-m, 21 - 24 ft-Ib)
Nut mounting the compressor
Tightening torque: 56.9 - 65.7 N.m (5.8 - 6.7 kg-m, 42 - 48 ft-Ib)
Bolts mounting the compressor (Rear side)
Tightening torque: 56.9 - 65.7 N.m (5.8 - 6.7 kg-m, 42 - 48 ft-Ib)
Nut mounting the high-pressure flexible hose
Tightening torque: 7.8 - 19.6 N.m (0.8 - 1.9 kg-m, 69 -173 in-Ib)
Nut mounting the low-pressure flexible hose
Tightening torque: 7.8 -19.6 N.m (0.8 -1.9 kg-m, 69 -173 in-Ib)
Bolts mounting the idler pulley bracket
Tightening torque: 24.5 - 31.4 N.m (2.5 - 3.2 kg-m, 18 - 23 ft-Ib)
