Removal And Installation: Installation

  1. Install cylinder head gasket.
  2. Follow the steps below to tighten the bolts in the numerical order shown in the figure to install cylinder head.
    CAUTION:
    NOTE: Apply engine oil to threads and seating surface of bolts.

    1. Tool number : KV10112100 (BT-8653-A) 
    2. Step a : 98.1 N.m (10 kg-m, 72 ft-lb) 
    3. Step b : 0 N.m Loosen in the reverse order of tightening. 
    4. Step c : 44.1 N.m (4.5 kg-m, 33 ft-lb) 
    5. Step d : 60° degrees clockwise 
    6. Step e : 60° degrees clockwise 
    CAUTION: Check and confirm the tightening angle by using suitable tool. Avoid judgment by visual inspection without the tool.

  3. Installation of the remaining components is in the reverse order of removal.
