DTC P1212: Abs/TCS Communication Line: Description

This CAN communication line is used to control the smooth engine operation during the Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS) or Traction Control System (TCS) operation. Pulse signals are exchanged between ECM and ABS actuator and electric unit or ABS/TCS control unit. Be sure to erase the malfunction information such as DTC not only in ABS actuator and electric unit or ABS/TCS control unit but also ECM after the ABS or ABS/TCS related repair.
