CONSULT-II Functions: Notes
CAUTION:
- Do not use the "function test" for diagnosis. For more information, refer to the separate volume "CONSULT-II OPERATION MANUAL (Function Test)".
- When communicating with CONSULT-II, the ABS warning lamp and TCS OFF indicator lamp are on. When communication has been broken off, the SLIP indicator lamp will flash for about 1 sec.
- When TCS conducts a self-diagnosis, data monitoring, or executes the active test function, EBD, ABS, and TCS control are not conducted.
- When a self-diagnosis, active test, work support, etc., of the TCS/ABS control unit is conducted using CONSULT-II, stop engine temporarily and connect CONSULT-II and then select "TCS/ABS".
- CONSULT-II self-diagnosis results are displayed without regard to occurrence timing. In some cases later ones (timing value is small) appear on the next screen.
