Canister Purge Control Valve

  1. Remove hose from canister purge control valve port. See Fig 1 .
  2. Apply vacuum to port and check that vacuum holds steady. If not, remove purge control valve cover and inspect diaphragm. Replace with new diaphragm if damaged.
