Shift Linkage

  1. Place control lever in "P". Connect control cable end to manual lever of transaxle unit and tighten control cable retaining bolts. Move control lever from "P" to "1".
  2. Ensure control lever can move smoothly and without any sliding noise. Place control lever in "P" and check that control lever locks in "P". If necessary, remove lock nut at control cable and loosen adjusting nut. Connect control cable to trunnion. Adjust and tighten adjusting nut. Install and tighten lock nut.
