Precautions At Charging: Charger
WARNING:
- Before charging, check for any foreign object including dust and water on the battery charging connection and charging plug. At this time, do not touch the battery charging connection. If a connection is made with any foreign object including dust and water present, an electrical leakage or electric shock may result. If there is a risk of water splash on the connection, do not perform the charging.
CAUTION:
Charging from other forms of power supply such as alternator may result in a trouble occurrence.
There are two types of charging: normal charging and quick charging. The normal charging is performed using the on-board charger and a household power outlet. The quick charging is performed using the special quick charger that is compatible with this vehicle.
NOTE:
The 12V battery is charged automatically while the READY indicator is being illuminated or while the drive battery is being charged.
