Component Function Check

  1. CHECK ASC OFF INDICATOR LIGHT FUNCTION (1) 

    Check that ASC OFF indicator light in combination meter turns ON for approximately 1 second after electric motor switch is ON.

    CAUTION: Never start engine.

    Is the inspection result normal? 

    YES: GO TO  2.

    NO: Refer to DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE .

  2. CHECK ASC OFF INDICATOR LIGHT FUNCTION (2) 

    Check that ASC OFF indicator light in combination meter turns ON/OFF when ASC setting is changed ON/OFF.

    Is the inspection result normal? 

    YES: INSPECTION END

    NO: Refer to DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE .
