»C« Liftgate Spoiler Assembly Installation
- Use a rag moistened with white gasoline to clean and degrease the installation surface.
- Apply the specified primer to the double-sided tape application position, and dry it well.
Primer: 3M™ K-500
Drying time Approximately 15 minutes at 0°C (32°F), approximately 10 minutes at 25°C (77°F).
- Tear off the double-sided tape backing paper.NOTE: If the adhesive tape is attached to the edge of the backing paper, it will be easy to tear off.
- Install the liftgate spoiler assembly.NOTE: If the double-sided tape is difficult to affix in cold tem-perature, etc., warm the bonding surfaces before affixing the tape.
Body: 40 to 60°C (104 to 140°F) liftgate spoiler assembly: 20 to 30°C (68 to 86°F)
- Adhere the liftgate spoiler assembly securely.
