Key Reminder Function Inspection

  1. Turn the ignition switch to the "LOCK" (OFF) position.
  2. Keep the ignition key into the ignition cylinder inserted.
  3. Open the driver's seat side door, and check that it remains unlocked even when attempts are made to lock the driver's seat inside door lock knob.
  4. Carry out troubleshooting if the door is not unlocked (Refer to DOOR DIAGNOSIS  ).
