CAUTION:
- Before performing calibration, check that the G and yaw rate sensor-related diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is not set.
- After the next operation has been completed, carry out the calibration to make ASC-ECU learn the neutral position of the G and yaw rate sensor.
- ASC-ECU replacement
- Park the vehicle on a level surface.
- Turn the ignition switch to the "ON" position.
- Turn the ignition switch to the "LOCK" (OFF) position.CAUTION: Before connecting or disconnecting scan tool, always turn the ignition switch to the "LOCK" (OFF) position.
- Before setting scan tool, turn the ignition switch to the "LOCK" (OFF) position.
- Turn the ignition switch to the "ON" position.
- Select "ABS/ASC/ASTC/WSS."
- Select "Special function."
- Select "Sensor calibration."
- Select "G sensor calibration."
- Before removing scan tool from the vehicle, turn the ignition switch to the "LOCK" (OFF) position.
