Fuel Tank Differential Pressure Sensor Check

Required Special Tool: 

• MB991658: Test harness set

1. Remove the rear seat cushion assembly (Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ).
2. Remove the inspection lid.

3. Disconnect the fuel tank differential pressure sensor connector.

4. Connect special tool MB991658 between the terminals of the disconnected connector.
5. Turn the ignition switch to "ON" position and measure the voltage between terminal number 1 and ground.

   Standard value: 2.0 - 3.0 V 

6. If not within the standard value, replace the fuel tank differential pressure sensor.
7. Connect the fuel tank differential pressure sensor connector.
8. Install the inspection lid.
9. Install the rear seat cushion assembly (Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ).
