Removal And Installation: Notes
CAUTION:
- The parts indicated by *1 are the bolts/nuts with friction coefficient stabilizer. Prior to reinstallation, ensure there is no damage, clean dust and soiling from the bearing and thread surfaces, and tighten them to the specified torque.
- The part indicated by *2 is the bolt/nut with friction coefficient stabilizer. Prior to reinstallation, replace it with new one.
Post-installation operation
- Rear Under Cover Removal and Installation (Refer to UNDER COVER ).
- Using your fingers, press the Ball Joint Dust Cover to check for a crack or damage.
- Wheel Alignment Check and Adjustment.
- Parking Brake Lever Stroke Check and Adjustment (Refer to PARKING BRAKE LEVER STROKE CHECK AND ADJUSTMENT .)
- Check the beam direction of the headlight (Low beam) (Refer to HEADLIGHT AIMING ).
