Troubleshooting Hints

The camera-ECU may be defective
The radio and CD player may be defective <vehicles with display audio>
The multivision display may be defective <vehicles with smartphone link display audio or MMCS>
The inside rear view mirror assembly (with integrated monitor) may be defective <vehicles without display audio, smartphone link display audio and MMCS>
The wiring harness or connectors may have loose, corroded, or damaged terminals, or terminals pushed back in the connector
