Removal And Installation
WARNING:
Be careful not to subject the SRS-ECU to any shocks during removal and installation of the transaxle control cable assembly.
Post-installation operation
- Shift lock mechanism check (Refer to SHIFT LOCK MECHANISM CHECK .)
- Selector lever operation check (Refer to SELECTOR LEVER OPERATION CHECK .)
- Transmission range switch and control cable adjustment (Refer to TRANSMISSION RANGE SWITCH AND CONTROL CABLE ADJUSTMENT .)
Selector lever assembly removal steps
- Move the selector lever to the "N" position.
- Rear floor console assembly (Refer to REAR FLOOR CONSOLE ASSEMBLY .)
- Selector lever knob
- Shift indicator panel
- Front floor console center and floor console front (Refer to FRONT FLOOR CONSOLE ASSEMBLY .)
- Transaxle control cable connection (selector lever side)
