Fuel Level Sensor Float Height

  1. Remove the fuel pump module and fuel level sensor (sub) (Refer to FUEL TANK .).
  2. Move the float and measure height A at point "F" (highest) and B at point "E" (lowest).

    Standard value: 

    STANDARD VALUE CHART

    ITEM FUEL LEVEL SENSOR (main) FUEL LEVEL SENSOR (sub)
    Height mm (in) A at point "F" 149.3 (5.9) 30.5 ± 3.0 (1.2 ± 0.1)
    B at point "E" 34.7 (1.4) 177.7 ± 3.0 (7.0 ± 0.1)

  3. If any check is not correct, replace the fuel pump module or fuel level sensor (sub).
