Power Steering Oil Pump Assembly: Inspection: Overview

Check the pulley and shaft for wear or damage.
Check the rotor and vane groove for "stepped" wear.
Check the contact surface of cam ring and vanes for "stepped" wear.
Check the vanes for damage.
