UNUSED DATA LIST ITEMS - 2006 - on Raider . When diagnosing a Raider using the scan tool, you will come across data list items in several of the control units where ********* is displayed. This refers to data that does not apply for that particular power train configuration. You will notice that some of the items appear twice on the data list, even though we know that there is only one input in the vehicle. Due to limitations within the MUT-III and its ability to differentiate fields that are equipment specific for Raider, a data list item must have separate lines for each configuration. For example, in Automatic Transmission, LR Pressure Sw. (1) and LR Pressure Switch (2) indicate the same switch, but switch (1) will only show data for the 42RFE, while switch (2) will only show data for the 545RFE transmission.
