SERVICE INFORMATION

Environmental Data for Navigation Unit  - 2007 Outlander, 2008 Lancer  . A graph of ambient temperature and altitude can be read on the navigation unit along with digital displays of Altitude, Barometric Pressure and Outside Temperature. To access this feature, press the Info button on the upper right of the control panel and then touch the screen to display Environmental information. Note that digital display and the graph for Outside Temp will read differently. This is due to the graph being based on an average over a period of 5 minutes, while the numerical display is real time. Due to the update method of the system, there will be gaps in the displayed graph. This is a normal characteristic for the feature. Do not attempt to diagnose or repair this condition.
