Throttle Body: Installation: 3.7L

Check condition of throttle body-to-intake manifold o-ring (2). Replace as necessary.

Clean mating surfaces of throttle body and intake manifold.
Install throttle body-to-intake manifold o-ring.
Install throttle body to intake manifold.
Install three mounting bolts (2). Tighten bolts to 12 N.m (105 in. lbs.) torque.
Install control cables.
Install electrical connectors.
Install necessary vacuum lines.
Install air plenum.
