Module/Frame Assembly - Removal
- Move glass panel to fully closed position.
- Disconnect and isolate negative battery cable.
- Remove control switch.

- Remove headliner.

- Disconnect wire harness push in fasteners electrical connector from vehicle harness.
- Disconnect drain tubes from sunroof housing.
- Cut foam support pad at rear of module if necessary.
- Remove two module side bracket bolts (2) and loosen the six remaining fasteners.
- With the aid of a helper, remove the six (2) fasteners attaching sunroof module assembly (1) to roof panel.
- Remove the glass panel.

- Remove the sunshade.
(Refer to
SUNSHADE - REMOVAL )
- Remove the drive motor.
(Refer to
CONTROL UNIT - REMOVAL )
- Remove the wire harness.
- Remove the sight shields.
- Remove the trough guides.
