Timed Locking Mechanism

After unlocking the doors with the keyless entry transmitter, if no doors are opened or if the ignition key is not inserted, the ETACS-ECU automatically locks the doors after 30 seconds.

NOTE:
  • When the door is closed, the dome light illuminates as the answerback function. Refer to INTERIOR LIGHT .
  • When the door is opened, the timer lock function and the answerback function do not work, (hazard warning light, dome light and horn)
  • Enabling/disabling the hazard warning light flashing, the horn sounding in accordance with the keyless entry transmitter switch operation. Refer to ON-VEHICLE SERVICE .
