Troubleshooting Hints

  1. STEP 1. Check the performance of the defogger timer operations. 
    1. Turn the ignition switch to the "ON" position.
    2. Turn the defogger switch to the "ON" position (operate for approx. 11 minutes).

    Q: Does the defogger timer function work normally? 

    1. YES :  Intermittent malfunction
    2. NO :  Replace the A/C-ECU. Check that the defogger timer function works normally.
