Door Lock Switch: Sub-Switch

  1. Remove passenger power window switch (sub-switch) from door panel. Power window sub-switch terminals No. 1, 2 and 3 are used for power locks. Place door lock switch in LOCK position. Continuity should be present between power window main switch terminal No. 1 (Violet wire) and terminal No. 2 (Black wire). See Fig 1 .
  2. Place door switch in OFF (Neutral) position. No continuity should be present. Place door switch in UNLOCK position. Continuity should be present between power window switch terminal No. 2 (Black wire) and terminal No. 3 (Light Green/Red wire). If continuity between switch terminals is not as specified, replace left front power window switch.
