Main Switch

  1. Remove left front power window switch (main switch) from door panel. Power window main switch terminals No. 5, 10 and 12 are used for power locks. Place door lock switch in LOCK position. Continuity should be present between power window main switch terminal No. 5 (Violet wire) and terminal No. 12 (Black wire). See Fig 1 .
  2. Place door switch in OFF (neutral) position. No continuity should be present. Place door switch in UNLOCK position. Continuity should be present between power window switch terminal No. 12 (Black wire) and terminal No. 10 (Light Green/Red wire). If continuity between switch terminals is not as specified, replace left front power window switch.
