Probable Causes
Front HO2S (2.4L) or right front HO2S (3.0L) deteriorated.
Open circuit in front HO2S (2.4L) or right front HO2S (3.0L) output line or ground line.
Engine Control Module/Powertrain Control Module (ECM/PCM) failed.
