Test C-6: Forgotten Key Prevention Function Does Not Work

Check input signals for:

• Key reminder switch.
• Driver's and front passenger's door switch.
• Driver's and front passenger's door lock actuator switch.

See appropriate tests in INPUT SIGNAL CHECK FUNCTION  under SELF-DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM. If input signal test shows a fault, repair indicated circuit and retest system. If input signal test is okay, replace ETACS-ECU and retest system.
