Using scan tool, select data list item No. 78 (power window lock switch). Refer to scan tool manufacturer's instructions. Also, see appropriate MULTIPLEX CONTROL SYSTEMS article. If ON is displayed on scan tool when power window lock switch is in LOCK position, replace assist-ECU. If ON is not displayed on scan tool, replace door module.
