Ignition Coil Resistance

  1. Measure between each individual coil primary terminal to determine primary resistance. To measure secondary resistance, remove coil and measure between spark plug connector and high tension wire connector.
  2. Replace coil if primary and secondary coil resistances are not within specification. See IGNITION COIL RESISTANCE  table.
