Mitsubishi MPI systems require special equipment to be fully diagnosed. Some checks of individual components may be made using regular shop test equipment. For more complete testing of MPI system, refer to MITSUBISHI MULTI-POINT INJECTION (MPI) SYSTEM article in COMPUTERIZED ENGINE CONTROLS section.
