Strut Assembly: Installation

  1. Apply semi-drying sealer to flanged mating surfaces of strut assembly and knuckle arm before mounting. To install, reverse removal procedure.
  2. Ensure strut assembly is installed with strut insulator guide pin located in hole in strut assembly mount bracket. Tighten new top mount nuts to specification. After installation, check front end alignment.
