Throttle Cable
- After servicing, if throttle cable needs adjustment, run engine until operating temperature is reached. Loosen adjusting nut on cable and adjust idle RPM to specifications.
- Slide outer cable to the position where the throttle just begins to operate. Adjust the free play of the cable to .04" (1 mm). Tighten lock nut.
