Checking coolant level and coolant composition

• Check the connections, hose clamps and hoses for coolant residues and damage such as e.g. cracks.
• Check coolant composition in all coolant expansion tanks.

Check 

• Check the coolant level in both coolant expansion tanks.

  The fill level in the coolant expansion tank must be between the minimum and maximum mark.

• Inform customer in event of incorrect fluid level and, if necessary, troubleshoot (charged separately).

Result 

» Coolant level below the minimum mark.

Coolant level above the maximum mark.

Measure

• Adjust fill level in the coolant expansion tank to the desired fill level.

  The according amount of coolant must be supplemented or drawn off.
