Removing and installing/replacing rear center lower strap lining (Cooper Convertible)

Preliminary work needed: 

• Remove REAR SEAT .

Removal: 

Take out cover (1) from the back to the top and remove towards front.

Remove screw (1).

Unlock plug connections and disconnect.

Remove lower strap.

Installation: 

Install lower strap.

replace screw (1).

Tighten screw (1).

Tightening torque 72 11 23AZ .

Connect and lock the plug connections.

Insert cover (1), flap downwards from behind and lock it.

Required follow-up work: 

• Install REAR SEAT .
