Failure of the component

In the event of failure of the central locking drive, charging socket cover, the following behavior is to be expected:

• Fault memory entry in the charging interface module (LIM) or convenience charging electronics (KLE)
• Failure while the fuel filler flap is unlocked:

  It is no longer possible to lock the fuel filler flap.

• Failure while the fuel filler flap is locked:

  Under these conditions the emergency release represents the only available means for unlocking the fuel filler flap.
