Characteristic curve and setpoint values

The vacuum information for the brake power assistance is sent via a signal line to the engine control (DME or DDE or EME). The evaluable signal for the vacuum fluctuates depending on the pressure. The measuring range of roughly 0.5 - 4.5 volts corresponds to a vacuum of 5 kPa (0.05 bar) to -105 kPa (-1.05 bar).
