Perceived symptoms are defined for the following groups of problem: 

• Bluetooth pairing and connection
• Telephone operation (insufficient voice quality, poor reception quality...)
• Telephone functions (phone book, contacts, SMS, extended functions...)
• ConnectedDrive, TeleService, emergency call and services (online, Internet)
• Charging the mobile phone, snap-in adapter
• Repair, programming, maintenance, pre-delivery check
