Removal & Installation

Disconnect battery. See INSTRUCTIONS FOR DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING BATTERY . Remove nut and bolt (1) securing control unit mounting bracket. Release control unit mounting bracket and disconnect connector (2). During replacement, remove nuts (3) securing control unit to mounting bracket. Remove control unit (4) from mounting bracket. See Fig 1.
