Display and adjustment of the minimum volume for traffic reports

The display shows the value by which the volume is increased. The values can lie between -9 and +9. At a value of 0 the volume is increased to the factory default setting. If the value is some other figure between -9 and +9 then the increase will be correspondingly greater or smaller.
