61 31 040 Removing And Installing/Replacing Stalk For Windshield Wipers

Necessary Preliminary Tasks:

Remove front section of steering column cover. Refer to 32 31 010 REMOVING AND INSTALLING/REPLACING FRONT SECTION OF STEERING COLUMN COVER .

Release screws (1).

Remove windshield wiper switch (2) in direction of arrow.

Installation:

Seat windshield wiper switch (2) with integrated pin housing (1) exactly in fixture for steering column control.
